With over 31 years of distinguished service in the Bangladesh Ready-Made Garment (RMG) industry, I bring extensive leadership, practical experience, and strategic insight to help businesses grow sustainably and competitively. Since 2006, I have held senior-level positions in the sector, contributing to transformative initiatives and global supply chain success.

I hold a PhD and have received advanced training in corporate management from prestigious institutes in India and Japan. I have authored two books focusing on Social Compliance & sustainable development in Bangladesh’s RMG sector, widely recognized as resources for policy makers, entrepreneurs, and development partners.

Now stepping beyond traditional roles, I aim to work as a freelancer and industry advisor, assisting local and international stakeholders in navigating complex challenges and unlocking growth opportunities through innovation, compliance, and sustainability.
